- Master's degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics, or relevant experience
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Practical knowledge of software engineering concepts and best practices, including testing frameworks and libraries, and automation
- Practical experience with commercial applications of libraries, frameworks, and tools for manipulating large volumes of data
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g. Spark, Dask), cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes), automation (CircleCI/Jenkins) and analytics libraries (e.g. pandas, numpy, matplotlib)
